My name is Maika Someda, Founder and CEO of 合同会社SOMA Connect, a Tokyo-based company focused on creating meaningful connections through technology, creativity, and community.
With over 4 years of experience in marketing and recruitment, I specialize in connecting top talent with businesses across Japan’s B2B industries, including industrial, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Through my experience as both a consultant and entrepreneur, I have developed a strong understanding of market positioning, branding, and business growth strategies.
At SOMA Connect, I lead multiple business divisions including SOMA Digital, providing bilingual website development and digital branding solutions, and DJCONNECT, a platform supporting DJs, venues, and creative communities in Japan.
