Self-introduction

As the current Executive Officer at Hmlet, I am deeply committed to driving business expansion and building strong teams in Japan, leveraging my expertise in creating value from the ground up, solving complex challenges, and unlocking the potential in each individual through leadership. My journey in the business world began at Recruit Co., Ltd., where I transcended the role of a consulting salesperson by not only solving problems for domestic developers through advertising but also engaging in the entire business value chain. I significantly improved the profitability of numerous projects, which earned me the National Sales MVP Award and the Best Practice Award as the youngest recipient for uplifting both the developers and Recruit's corporate value.

My venture into the music industry in New York as a professional singer with SOULRECORDS honed my entrepreneurial spirit, setting the stage for my subsequent business ventures upon returning to Japan. At the startup Zehitomo, I played a pivotal role in a strong management team following the founders, developing the service platform and launching several new ventures, such as a photography business, to diversify and strengthen the company's revenue streams. My ability to ideate and execute new businesses from scratch, establishing profitable operations within weeks without an initial product, led to surpassing existing business revenues in a single month and attracting acquisition interests from major corporations.

Most recently, as the Head of new Business Development, I spearheaded fundraising and partnership proposals with leading companies, including Mitsubishi Estate, focusing on enhancing the soft value of real estate through beauty and fitness ventures. My journey is a testament to my overwhelming problem-solving capabilities, market acumen, and entrepreneurial drive within startup environments.
